Bucket List

I hated the movie “The Bucket List.” It was irritatingly commercial, and in my humble opinion, Jack Nicholson should stick to being creepy. BUT I liked the concept, so I’m going to rip off of it.

My bucket list…
Drive a race car
Ride a mechanical bull
Learn to speak conversational French
Have a French Bulldog as a pet…name it something human FRED!
Re-learn how to surf and get *really* good at it.
Become a real yoga student. Turn the brain OFF for once.
Take a cake decorating class
Sing live band karaoke
Publish a book (or two…or three)
Perform Verdi’s Requiem again….Schubert’s Mass in G would be good too Already done!
Ring the NYSE Bell
Teach someone how to make my grandmother’s meatballs so the tradition can live on Done
Turn the air conditioning off and go to Alaska in the dead of summer
Get comfortable at going to a restaurant and eating a meal by myself DONE
Go to Mardi Gras/La Tomatina/See (but not participate in) the running of the bulls/Perugia chocolate festival
Visit all of the bio bays in the world (done :Vieques, Jamaica’s Glistening Waters….next up? Australia!)
Go to the Ben and Jerry’s factory and demolish a Vermonster with friends
Cross country road trip
Live in another country

….to be continued.
